The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how we use the information we collect about you, and how you may notify us of your choices. We believe it is important to let you know how information about you is used and protected. We may also, from time-to-time, send out newsletters via email or other means to keep you informed of changes and opportunities that relate to your use of TopCashFlows™.

Our Commitment to Security
Keeping the information you provide to us secure is very important to us, and we are dedicated to implementing measures to protect against the unauthorized access of your private information and providing you with a safe and secure online experience. To that end, we employ physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to secure and safeguard your data, which may include SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology that encrypts personal and financial information over the internet and a variety of other security features to prevent unauthorized access of your data. While we make good faith efforts to protect the information we collect in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to unauthorized users, we cannot guarantee complete security.

What Information We Collect
We collect and retain information about our users through a variety of means and sources. In all instances we apply all measures within our ability to keep that information private and secure. The following details the categories of information we collect and how we collect it.

Ordering: We request information from the user on our order form. This information includes contact information (such as name, e-mail and billing address) and financial information (such as a credit card number and an expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process and fulfill customers’ orders. If we have trouble processing an order, the information may be used to contact the customer. From time to time, we may use third-party vendors to collect personal and financial information on our behalf.

Log Files: Like most companies that use servers to deliver content on the world wide web, we use log files to help us manage our websites and to troubleshoot problems that may occasionally arise. This information we collect includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, date/time stamp, and number of clicks to analyze trends, administer the site, track users’ movements in the aggregate, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. We also may use tracking utilities that help us aggregate our log files to better analyze visitor activity and to improve web content and user experience.

Cookies: Cookies are small pieces of information stored by your browser. Most browsers automatically accept cookies, but you may choose to turn them off. We use cookies in a limited fashion: to store visitors preferences, to record session information, such as items that consumers add to their shopping cart, to record information on what pages visitors access, and to record visitor activity at a site in order to provide better service and usability when visitors return to that site and/or other sites.

Single-Pixel Gifs: We may place single-pixel gifs, or electronic images, on our sites that allow us to count users who have visited certain web pages we wish to track. For example, we may include single-pixel gifs in promotional email messages in order to count how many messages have been opened and acted upon. Single-pixel gifs may also be placed by our advertising partners on some of our web pages to help determine the effectiveness of Internet advertising campaigns.

Information that is collected via IP Address, Cookie and Single-Pixel Gif technologies is not personally identifiable. However, if you choose to provide us with personally identifiable information, this information may be linked to the data stored in these technologies.

We may share individual information we collect about you (such as name, address, telephone number, etc.) with members of our corporate family and service providers to process transactions, respond to your inquiries, fulfill on products and services or provide information about the products or services that we offer. We may also, from time-to-time, send out newsletters via email or other means to keep you informed of changes and opportunities that relate to your use of TopCashFlows™.
